About the role
We are hiring a Biology tutor for 1-on-1 online classes with a university-level student preparing for NEET, MCAT, and AIIMS. The focus areas are human physiology, cell biology, biochemistry, and genetics — taught at the depth and pace expected for top-decile med-entrance scores. Expect concept-heavy sessions with steady applied-problem practice.
What you'll do
- Lead a 12–14 week curriculum across physiology (cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, neural), cell biology, biochemistry (metabolism, enzymes), molecular genetics
- Anchor every concept in a problem — sodium-potassium pump → action potential → propagation; glycolysis → ATP yield → fermentation comparison
- Diagram physiology and biochemistry on a digital tablet during sessions; archive diagrams in a shared notebook the student revisits weekly
- Set and grade weekly assignments from NEET/AIIMS previous-year papers, Trueman's, and MTG question banks
- Run timed mock-MCQ drills monthly with reviewed error logs
