About the role
As a SDE cloudops, you are responsible for performing a wide array of of IT duties in an individual and a team based capacity. Role requires maintaining reliable, fault tolerant infrastructure and 24X7 application availability and monitoring. This also requires closely working with application teams while supporting them with their day to day tasks and service requests across different environments.
What you'll do
- Maintain, monitor and manage mission critical cloud environments and applications in a mission critical 24x7 environment
- Deploy new releases as/when requested by application teams
- Support different application teams in there day to day tasks and service requests
- Monitoring the health of infrastructure, deployed services and report any application alerts/errors
- Colloborate with application teams during triage and resolution of operation issues
