GBG Master Data Associate Analyst

About the role

The Master Data Business Partner Analyst ensures the accurate creation and modification of customer, supplier, and bank master data for the LATAM and/or North America regions within agreed service-level timelines. The role validates data quality, supports stakeholders and projects, follows internal controls and procedures, and maintains a strong focus on customer experience and fraud-risk prevention.

What you'll do

• Validate and perform quality checks on customer, supplier, and bank master data for creation and modification requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures
• Help prevent potential fraud exposure by confirming that master-data requests meet applicable control and documentation requirements
• Execute mass-change requests in compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Support local, regional, and global projects by participating in meetings, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders and other functions to improve the user experience
