Team Leader Process Research & Volume Supply

About the role

Leads and motivates a research team and is responsible for overall team performance. Support R&D projects with respect to route scouting, optimization & volume supply with primary focus on scale-up from gm to kg-scale. Following-up on project progress and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and in quality.

What you'll do

• Responsible for overall team performance
• Support R&D projects with respect to route scouting, optimization & volume supply with primary focus on scale-up from gm to kg-scale
• Following-up on project progress and ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and in quality
• Ensuring right process safety techniques are employed before scale-up decisions
• Liaising with stake holders from research, safety, analytics, procurement, maintenance & management
