What you'll do
- Perform day-to-day SAP ERP provisioning tasks, including ticket processing, reassignments
- And troubleshooting user-reported issues
- Maintain a high standard of service by ensuring adherence to SLAs for various ticket types
- Execute remediation tasks such as removing inappropriate access and applying process
- Monitor and respond to requests in the provisioning group mailbox
