About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of systems, networks, and end-user services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience leading IT projects and mentoring junior team members.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, network infrastructure, storage systems, Microsoft 365 services
- Install, configure, administer, and support Windows Server, Linux Server, desktop operating systems, and business-critical applications
- Administer and manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, Organizational Units (OU), user and group management, password policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Active Directory issues related to authentication, Group Policies, DNS integration, domain controllers, replication
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Conditional Access
