What you'll do
- Plan and supervise business activities for “ STORE” towards achievement of “Estimated Sales” in line with company business plan, bearing in mind set policies
- Be responsible for managing P&L of the store
- Total operational and financial responsibility for the assigned store
- Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team ; coach and train the team for operational excellence/passion to serve
- Ensure maintenance of company Prosperity Card; permanent prosperity card; performance review card; Daily mirror and Individual prosperity card for sales promoters
