About the role
The Logistics Executive – Dispatch & Transportation will be responsible for planning and coordinating dispatches, managing transportation, ensuring timely order deliveries, maintaining logistics documentation, and coordinating with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and customers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
What you'll do
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and transportation
- Arrange vehicles and monitor on-time deliveries
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Sales, and transporters for smooth order execution
- Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and dispatch documents
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues
