Global IT Platform Engineer Manager at BCG. Lead the implementation, global rollout, and ongoing operations of Smart Booking and Smart Office platforms across BCG offices, ensuring seamless deployment.
What you'll do
- Own the technical and operational performance of SaaS-based office resource management applications, including desk booking, meeting room management
- Manage platform upgrades, enhancements, configurations, and integrations to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and alignment with business requirements
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance
- Develop Python-based scripts, applications, and automation solutions to support data processing, system integrations, and operational efficiency
- Leverage cloud technologies across AWS, Azure, and GCP to support application integrations, data processing, and platform operations
