What you'll do
- Be a critical leader in making that roadmap real, helping stand up the innovation team and tech squad, pilot adaptive learning
- Innovation portfolio management - shaping the intake, prioritization, sequencing, governance
- Experimentation and product development - leading the development and validation of new audience-facing learning experiences, products, formats, and AI-enabled solutions
- Implementation and scaling - partnering across L&D, Talent, IT/Product, and business stakeholders to move successful pilots into durable products, programs, platforms
- The work will include experimentation with AI tools, AI workflows and automation for L&D internal transformation
