PLA Manager (Enterprise)

About the role

As a Lead ERP – Finance Specialist, you will lead finance transformation programs leveraging ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA FICO, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Budgeting. You will collaborate with client CFOs, finance leaders, and BCG partners to deliver end-to-end ERP-enabled finance modernization initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead finance-focused ERP transformations across General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Treasury Management
• Drive integration between Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), and Planning & Budgeting
• Provide strategic guidance on finance data models, cost allocations, and statutory reporting
• Design future-state processes for financial close, consolidation, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls
