- Making client understand how to file litigation/Direct Tax or Indirect Tax returns
- Understand, evaluate and implement emerging technologies
- Be able to run point on POCs, demo Tax solutions, handle clients and be able to learn and adapt
- Lead products and be able to provide reasonable feedbacks upon usage
