- Supports leadership in developing the TRA team by coaching,p roviding technical guidance during assurance engagements
- Is well versed with latest technology updates in the field and encourages team members to constantly learn and adapt
- Engages with the client senior management in articulating IT assurance findings and can convince them his point of view
