What you'll do
- Ensure Direct Tax compliance, including (but not limited to) TDS/WHT returns preparation and filing, TDS/WHT reconciliation and filing Form 15CA
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including FEMA, CSR, Income Tax, TDS, EPF, MSMED, RBI regulations, ICFR controls, transfer pricing
- Prepare and coordinate various audits/reviews – Statutory, Tax, Internal/Sox
- Support business analytics through timely execution of ad-hoc analyses, reporting, and participate/lead cross-functional initiatives
