About the role
Working closely with business and functional leaders, you will translate compliance expectations into practical, risk-based solutions, strengthen ethical decision-making, and use data, technology and AI to identify emerging risks and drive measurable improvement across our global commercial activities.
What you'll do
- Channel Partner Compliance Management: Lead the effective implementation of policies and controls for third-party distributors
- Partner with business leaders to assess, manage and monitor Channel Partner risk, resolve red flags
- Auditing and Monitoring: Deliver risk-based auditing and monitoring activities, apply sound judgement and data-led analysis to selected transactions
- Training and Communications: Create and deliver engaging, practical compliance training and communications for employees and third parties
- Systems, Data and AI Enablement: Support and continuously improve global Legal and Compliance systems, including user support, training and system maintenance
