About the role
The Staff Data Platform Governance and Compliance Lead is responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing operations of Danaher’s Enterprise Data Platform governance, data quality, and compliance framework.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing operations of Danaher’s Enterprise Data Platform governance, data quality, and compliance framework
- Lead Enterprise Data Governance and Access Management by operationalizing data governance frameworks, including data classification, ownership/stewardship, lineage
- Drive Audit, Risk, and Compliance Readiness by leading evidence collection and control execution for SOX (ITGCs and application controls), SOC 1/2, GxP, internal audits
- Establish Data Quality and Data Product Governance Standards through quality SLAs, validation rules, freshness and quality monitoring, metadata management
- Partner Across Privacy, Legal, and Security Functions to operationalize global regulatory requirements and data protection obligations, including GDPR, HIPAA
