About the role
In addition, the role will support SOX and GMP (FDA) compliance to maintain the system in a controlled and validated state. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Own D365 user onboarding and offboarding processes Independently diagnose and resolve complex application, integration, security, and environment-related issues.
What you'll do
- Be a part of the Enterprise IT team and report to the Sr. ERP Manager responsible for the overall administration, maintenance
- Help ensure the reliability, stability, availability, performance, and security of the D365 application
- Own D365 user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Lead D365 environment administration activities, including Lifecycle Services management, update planning, database refreshes, and integration maintenance
- Manage environment update timelines and ensure prerequisite tasks are completed on time so updates are not delayed
