The Lead IT Analyst (SAP Sales and Distribution) position is part of the Information Technology Enterprise Applications department, located in Bangalore, India. Together, we accomplish great things. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Participate in front end Sales Order, Customer Master, CPQ related SAP enhancements (small projects), as well as become an extended team member on large SAP projects.
What you'll do
- Participate in front end Sales Order, Customer Master, CPQ related SAP enhancements (small projects), as well as become an extended team member on large SAP projects
- Analyze requirements, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and implement sustainable solutions
- Troubleshoot and support both SAP and SAP Integrations into the Sales and Distribution module. Identify root-cause and solve incidents in a timely manner to meet SLAs.…
- Work alongside internal IT and Business integration departments to solution and support our various SD integrations, including Sales Order, Customer Master
