About the role
This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Customer Sustaining Team of Engineering Department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop high-quality software solutions to address customer escalations and support incidents.
What you'll do
- Develop high-quality software solutions to address customer escalations and support incidents
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve defects, delivering enhancements that improve user experiences
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues using tools like Nslookup, Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, Netstat, Telnet/SSH, GDB, VisualVM, JStack, and JProfiler
- Work closely with Engineering and Customer Support teams to understand customer problems, provide updates, and enhance satisfaction
- Perform root cause analysis, create, validate, and deliver patches or solutions to customers
