About the role
The PDS Operations Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence for Fast Trak Process development laboratory-India. Lead Fast Trak PDS laboratory operations and infrastructure, driving safe, compliant, and operationally excellent delivery of customer projects, training, and technical services.
What you'll do
- Lead Fast Trak PDS laboratory operations and infrastructure readiness, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of process development, training
- Drive operational excellence across customer projects and Fast Trak training programmes by optimising laboratory capacity, resource utilisation, scheduling
- Own operational planning and execution of laboratory growth initiatives, including facility expansion, CAPEX management, equipment lifecycle governance, procurement
- Partner and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Scientific Leadership, PMO, Training, Quality, EHS, Facilities, Procurement
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement through leadership of EHS programmes, quality systems, audit readiness
