About the role
The Product/Project Manager is responsible for responsible for leading large and complex projects or programs from concept through execution and customer handover. The role ensures delivery of scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer requirements while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and service functions.
What you'll do
- Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: Interface with customers, engineering, operations, supply chain and leadership; conduct project reviews
- Work with Mechanical, Electrical & Controls, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and Service teams
- Schedule & Cost Management: Track milestones, budgets, forecasts and risks to maintain delivery commitments
- Quality, Compliance & EHS: Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, safety and DBS continuous improvement practices
- ERP experience such as Oracle or SAP
