About the role
The Senior Architect — AI Enablement is responsible for serving as the guiding star for AI across our software engineering organization. associate will be personally building proofs of concept, embed with scrum teams to implement AI-driven solutions, and shape how our organization adopts AI — from developer productivity tooling to AI capabilities in our products.
What you'll do
- Responsible for serving as the guiding star for AI across our software engineering organization
- Implement solutions using modern AI tooling — LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic frameworks
- Establish reference architectures, reusable components, and coding standards for AI features so teams can adopt them quickly and safely
- Drive AI adoption across teams - Act as the organization's AI evangelist and trusted advisor: coach engineers, managers, product owners
