Senior Cybersecurity GRC Analyst (3 -4 years)

About the role

This position of Cybersecurity risk manager and compliance analyst is for Beckman Coulter team located at Danaher India Development Center (IDC), Bangalore and an on-site role. IDC is a research and development center with the vision of accelerating product roadmaps across various Danaher business segments.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies specifically tailored for Research & Development (R&D) and product security
• Ensure that these strategies align with the organization's overall risk management framework and business objectives
• Collaborate with product teams to embed security measures from the initial design phase through to deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide guidance to ensure the effective implementation of security requirements across various departments
• Configure cloud security settings and implement vulnerability management solutions to protect sensitive data and systems
