About the role
This role involves owning, designing, and delivering software functionality, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer problems, and promoting good engineering practices. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the Customer Sustaining Team of Engineering Department located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role.
What you'll do
- Develop high-quality software solutions for customer escalations and support incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve defects, enhancing user experiences
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, create, validate, and deliver patches or solutions to customers
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues using tools like Nslookup, Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, Netstat, Telnet/SSH, GDB, VisualVM, JStack, and JProfiler
