About the role
The APAC Integration & Readiness Lead will serve as the regional program lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving integration readiness activities across multiple business functions and countries within SA. This role will lead cross-functional workstreams spanning Commercial Systems, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, Customer Master Data, Pricing, Portfolio Transition, and Country Readiness.
What you'll do
- Lead regional integration planning, governance, and execution activities across SA
- Ensure business continuity throughout and following the integration and transition period by proactively identifying risks, coordinateing mitigation plans
- Drive successful integration and standardization of country-level processes, systems
- Coordinate multiple integration workstreams and ensure alignment with overall integration objectives and timelines
- Establish project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and escalation processes
