What you'll do
- Supports in developing & implementation of portfolio strategy for driving the growth agenda
- Crafting an objective driven Annual Marketing Plan basis the customer needs with well-articulated value proposition in accordance with the overall business strategy
- Own & drive implementation of marketing initiatives captured in AMP with clearly defined metrics, viz. New Product Introductions, product Upgrades
- Keep a watch on competitors business & products and anticipates the impact on BD business based upon how they compete against BD
- Develops segment appropriate marketing communication plan and ensures the communication messages are adapted to each target segment consistent with company positioning
