About the role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Databricks Web Applications to lead the design, development, and operation of secure, scalable, and user-focused applications built with Python, Fast API, React, and the Databricks platform. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across React and TypeScript frontend development, FastAPI-based backend services, Databricks Lakehouse integration, and production operations.
What you'll do

- Guide architecture and quality standards, mentor developers, and partner with product, design, data
- Architect and design secure, scalable, and maintainable Databricks web applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI
- Lead development of responsive, accessible user interfaces using React, reusable components, modern state management, and design-system standards
- Design and implement Python and FastAPI backend services, REST APIs, request validation, asynchronous workflows, and integration layers
