About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - React to drive the technical direction and execution of our front-end development initiatives. This position goes beyond coding—you will lead a high-performing team, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver world-class user experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 React developers, fostering technical growth and best practices
- Architect and design scalable, maintainable React applications with a focus on performance and user experience
- Drive technical decisions on frameworks, libraries, and tooling (React ecosystem, state management, build tools)
- Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure code quality across the team
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
