About the role
Reporting to the Head of PMIF Department, the Finance Integration Project Manager is the guarantor of the operational success, deadlines, and budget of projects aiming to integrate new subsidiaries into the Group. You will orchestrate the deployment from A to Z, serving as the key point of contact for both local and central management throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Scope the project, define governance, and structure and lead project committees (Local Project Committees, Group Steering Committees)
- Build, monitor, and adjust the global integration master plan
- Manage risks, anticipate slippages (deadline/cost), formalize corrective action plans
- Provide regular progress reporting (dashboards) to central management
- Validate key deployment milestones (veto power on scheduling)
