What you'll do
- Working with Customer Services and other stakeholders to understand requirements, finalize efforts, and provide inputs for proposal creation
- Working with Application DEV and technical teams to define, validate, and optimize data models and data sources required for analytics and reporting solutions
- Overseeing ongoing maintenance of reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, quality, performance, and timely resolution of data-related concerns
- Managing multiple analytics projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination of team resources
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members on SQL, data analysis, data visualization, Power BI, and data transformation
