About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management & Experience (PMX) organization, responsible for the ESG and Sustainability product portfolio within the Benchmark Gensuite SaaS platform. The role will translate product strategy, customer needs, market trends, and evolving sustainability reporting requirements into scalable product capabilities.
What you'll do
- ESG and Sustainability Product Ownership
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, development, release, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the PMX subject-matter lead for assigned applications and maintain prioritized roadmaps and backlogs
- Translate product strategy into requirements, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Lead Priority Development Initiatives (PDIs) and monitor adoption, usability, customer value, data quality, and operational efficiency
