We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales performance and growth for our construction chemicals product line for AP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and achieving sales targets, expanding distribution networks. What you'll do
- Lead and motivate a team of frontline sales personnel to meet or exceed sales volume, value, and growth targets for the depot
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve both short- and long-term goals
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Expand and manage a robust retail distribution network within the territory to increase market reach and product availability
- Implement and oversee network management programs to optimize distribution performance
