About the role
The Assistant Area Sales Manager - Admixture will support regional sales growth for construction chemical admixture products by managing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating technical and commercial support for ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, precast manufacturers, and project stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, margin, and collection targets for admixture products within the designated area
- Develop and maintain relationships with ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, precast companies, consultants, developers, and channel partners
- Identify new projects, customers, and market segments to expand the regional sales pipeline
- Conduct regular customer and project site visits to understand requirements, recommend suitable product solutions, and resolve commercial issues
- Coordinate with technical service teams for product trials, concrete mix optimization, application support, and complaint resolution
