About the role
As an Assistant Performance Superintendent at BSM, you will be responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operation of the Fleet Performance Centre by monitoring vessel performance, improving energy efficiency, and optimizing operational performance across the fleet.
What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize the overall performance and energy efficiency of assigned vessels
- Collaborate closely with fleet teams to ensure vessel performance KPIs and operational targets are achieved
- Identify and promote fuel optimization opportunities to improve vessel efficiency and operational performance
- Ensure adherence to established performance standards and contribute to their continuous enhancement and expansion
- Conduct technical and performance investigations, supporting the resolution of operational issues through improved modelling, algorithm refinement
