About the role
As a Senior Fleet Personnel Officer for BSM Cruise , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient manning of cruise vessels. Acting as a key link between sea and shore, you will oversee crew planning, recruitment, rotation, and performance to ensure exceptional service standards onboard while fully adhering to maritime regulations and customer expectations.
What you'll do
- Execute cruise vessel manning plans by identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified seafarers in line with flag state, customer, and company requirements
- Review and issue employment contracts ensuring full compliance with international, national, and cruise‑sector standards
- Plan and implement crew rotations and End‑of‑Contract procedures to maintain uninterrupted vessel operations
- Monitor current and upcoming vacancies, supporting the development of annual manning plans
- Coordinate embarkation and disembarkation logistics, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost‑effective arrangements
