- Lead AI readiness efforts — data governance, tool selection, security, and business case development
- Identify, prioritize, and implement AI use cases: partner with departments to understand workflows and pain points
- Lead AI transformation projects end to end — planning, budgeting, execution, and operationalization — ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable outcomes
- Support client-facing AI enablement: work with business units to understand client-related AI needs
