BI Analyst/Developer

About the role

As a Senior BI & Analytics Engineer, you are the crucial bridge between our raw data platform and business transformation. You will empower teams across Finance, Merchandising, E-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale to extract maximum value from our data — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions at every level of the organisation.

What you'll do

• Semantic Layer & Enterprise Data Modelling
• Develop, manage, and govern the enterprise semantic layer and data models using LookML (and dbt where applicable) to establish a single source of truth for all reporting
• Design high-quality, reusable dimensional models — star schemas, fact tables, conformed dimensions — optimised for performance and self-serve analytics
• Maintain comprehensive, living data definitions and an enterprise data dictionary the entire business can rely on
• Partner with Data Engineering to shape upstream data structures so they land in forms that serve analytical consumption efficiently
