About the role
We are seeking a Network Analyst to design, implement, support, and continuously improve secure, resilient, and modern network services across retail, office, and enterprise environments in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
What you'll do
- Deliver network infrastructure implementation and support across retail stores, offices, and other enterprise sites, with a primary focus on reliable connectivity
- Support the evaluation, deployment, and lifecycle management of emerging networking technologies, including SD-WAN, SASE, secure remote access, cloud networking, Wi-Fi
- Apply AI, automation, and data-driven methods to improve monitoring, incident detection, root cause analysis, configuration consistency, service quality
- Collaborate with internal IT, cybersecurity, business, and project teams, as well as telecom carriers, managed service providers, and system integrators
- Provide operational support for incidents, service requests, changes, patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance to ensure stable and secure network services
