What you'll do
- Platform Reliability & Resilience
- Define and execute the SRE strategy to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems
- Establish and enforce SLOs, SLIs and error budgets across product domains
- Leverage AI/ML and intelligent agents for predictive incident prevention and autonomous remediation
- Lead incident management processes, including major incident response, RCA, and prevention planning
