About the role
Multitude is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java + React) to help design and build its Loan Management System end to end, from Java/Spring services and Kafka integrations to the React interfaces used by partners and operations teams.
What you'll do

- Deliver production-grade code: pull-request reviews, high test coverage and production observability (Kibana, Elastic APM, Prometheus/Grafana)
- Work effectively with AI coding assistants — use them to accelerate implementation, review, refactoring
- Contribute to the spec-first workflow: read and refine feature specifications, break specs into JIRA stories, flag missing scope early
- You know why @Transactional is more subtle than it looks, you have debugged classloader and GC issues in anger, and you can reason about JVM behaviour under load
