What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues
- Support BIM applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Troubleshoot Software, Licensing, Network, and Connectivity issues
- Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP tasks
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and user access
