About the role
To perform downstream processing operations for insulin drug substance manufacturing, including purification and filtration steps, while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety standards, and production protocols to deliver high-quality output. Well Versed with Protein purification concepts like, Chromatography, Filtration, centrifugation, etc.
What you'll do
- Work experience (in months)
- Handling of Downstream operations for commercial batch manufacturing of PEGGSCF E. colibased product
- Handling of critical equipment like Chromatography columns and systems, Ultrafiltration and Difiltration Systems, Process vessels etc
- Work in a manufacturing team for 24 x7 hrs in 3 shifts
- Updating of Batch manufacturing record and other GMP record following ALCOA principles
