About the role
We are looking for a hands on GenAI and Agentic AI Technical Lead with strong experience in Microsoft Azure AI services, Agentic AI frameworks, LLM orchestration, RAG, Python, APIs, and cloud native development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting secure, scalable, production grade GenAI applications.
What you'll do
- Lead development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and similar frameworks
- Design and develop Agentic AI workflows involving planning, reasoning, state management, memory, tool calling, orchestration, and human review
- Build enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, vector search, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Redis
- Develop prompt pipelines, embeddings, retrieval logic, context enrichment, tool integrations, model evaluation, content safety, and AI guardrails
- Develop Python based APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Django and integrate them with Azure AI and enterprise applications
