About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly ORC, and will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to drive recruitment transformation initiatives.
What you'll do

- Define and maintain the ORC product vision, roadmap, and enhancement strategy
- Align recruitment technology initiatives with business and talent acquisition objectives
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needs
