About the role
Lead the automation architecture design and implementation using Java, Selenium, and Python. Ensure hands-on involvement in coding and scripting to develop and maintain automation scripts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into the CI/CD pipeline. Apply design patterns (Factory, Abstract Factory, Command, Builder, Singleton) to create scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
What you'll do
- Design and develop automation frameworks for Shift left, no-code/less-code environments
- Lead the automation architecture design and implementation using Java, Selenium, and Python
- Ensure hands-on involvement in coding and scripting to develop and maintain automation scripts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into the CI/CD pipeline
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers
