About the role
MES OpCenter Operational & Support Consultant : Exp Level 5+ Years Seeking a client-facing Siemens Opcenter Operational & support consultant to support industrial organizations production operations through Discrete Manufacturing Execution System (MES) , connected IT/OT architectures providing day-to-day production support for the Siemens Opcenter MES.
What you'll do
- Provide L1/L2 production support for the MES (Siemens Opcenter), diagnosing and resolving application issues raised by plant users
- Diagnose and resolve production issues related to stations, workflows, serial tracking, and product processing
- Troubleshoot integration issues with ERP, PLC, automation systems, databases, and third-party applications
- Monitor system health and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact production
- Collaborate with Development and Integration to escalate and resolve defects, including root-cause analysis
