About the role
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the implementation and management of Nexthink, Nanoheal, or similar solutions within the End-User Computing (EuC) space. This role demands hands-on experience with these platforms and a deep understanding of automation principles to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
What you'll do
- Administer and maintain Nexthink and Nanoheal platforms, ensuring their optimal performance and integration with business processes
- Implement configuration updates and develop workflows for end-user IT service desk functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of our systems, ensuring they meet business objectives
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance
