About the role
Lead end-to-end Dynatrace deployments — on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments — across enterprise accounts. Configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace Managed components for comprehensive application and infrastructure observability. Design and implement dashboards, SLOs, alerting rules, custom metrics, and synthetic monitors aligned to business KPIs.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end Dynatrace deployments — on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments — across enterprise accounts
- Configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace Managed components for comprehensive application and infrastructure observability
- Design and implement dashboards, SLOs, alerting rules, custom metrics, and synthetic monitors aligned to business KPIs
- Onboard and instrument applications using supported technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms (ServiceNow), and notification channels (PagerDuty, Slack, MS Teams)
