SFDC CRMA & PM with experience in manufacturing / automotive domain at Birlasoft. Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and analytics/reporting requirements.
What you'll do
- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and analytics/reporting requirements
- Lead requirement-gathering , business discussions, and discovery sessions
- Act as a Project Manager for assigned analytics initiatives, including planning, scope management, prioritization, effort coordination, dependency tracking
- Serve as the primary interface between business users and technical teams , ensuring requirements, priorities, solution expectations
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle , including requirement analysis, solution design, development coordination, testing/UAT, deployment, business validation
