- Manage end-to-end work permit process related to H-1B, L-1, H-4, L-2, PERM, Green Card
- Monitor visa expirations, I-94 validity, petition validity, work authorization status, and compliance deadlines
- Ensure adherence to USCIS, DOL, and client-specific immigration requirements
- Support internal and external audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Track petition filings, extensions, amendments, transfers, RFEs, stamping cases and Green Card processes
